The apartment is situated in the exclusive Belvedere district at the top of Meribel. A free bus service travels up and down the hill all day. There is a bus stop and communal car park 50m away. The slopes are about 100m walk and if there is sufficient snow you can ski to the door of the ski locker room. Ski hire is 100m and passes can be bought a short ski away. The apartment is around 15 years old and maintained to a very high standard. It is entered on ground floor level with the ski locker one floor below. The balcony has panoramic views to the southwest.
