Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All Booking are from Sunday to Sunday unless specifically agreed otherwise.
2. All deposits are 50% of the booking and must be made at the time of confirmation.
3. All final payments must be made 2 months before the start of the booking.
4. No refunds shall be given for any reason.
5. The apartment shall be available from 1800 hrs on the arrival date and must be vacated by 1000 hrs on the departure date.
6. All laundry and towels are included.
7. Any damage or breakages are to be reported immediately to myself (Derek Masterton).
8. The apartment shall be checked by our local agent on your departure.
9. The apartment is to be left in a clean condition.
10. We advise clients to ensure their travel insurance covers any cancelations as no refunds shall be given.
